Glamorous Sportswear for Gorgeous Women

Social Responsibility

Today's shoppers want more than just great products, affordable prices, and fancy marketing, they want brands that are socially responsible to their customers, employees, and the environment. That's why FashionWorks is fully committed to Fair Labor practices, environmental impact mitigation, and charitable causes.

ISO Certified Factories: Our partner's factories are ISO Certified.
We hold all our employees, manufacturers, and partners accountable to strict quality standards of manufacturing.

Fair Labor Practices: We treat all of our employees like family by providing industry-leading working conditions.

Our partners and manufacturers are also in compliance with strict fair labor standards set by international organizations like SA8000®.

1. Forced Labor
Because of our strong belief in ethical working conditions for all workers, neither we nor any of our partners are allowed to use forced labor.

2. Child Labor
We strictly abide by child labor laws in each of the countries that we operate in. Neither we nor any of our partners are allowed to hire underage children.

3. Harassment or Abuse
All of our employees are treated with respect and dignity. No employee shall be subject to any physical, sexual, psychological, or verbal harassment or abuse, and we make every effort to make sure the workplace is a safe and positive environment.

4. Health and Safety
We provide all of our employees with healthy working environments designed to minimize the risk of accidents, injury, or illness. We regularly conduct tests to ensure that all of our products are free of restrictive and hazardous materials that could be harmful to our employees and customers.

5.Vendor Accountability
In addition to maintaining these standards, we require all of our manufacturers, suppliers, and partners to monitor their own facilities and allow unannounced inspections of their facilities by independent auditors.

6. Sustainability
We’re concerned with how climate change will impact our planet’s future. That’s why we are among the first few fashion brands taking steps to mitigate our environmental impact:
  • Limited Quantity Production
  • Advance Digital Printing Technology
  • Recycling Program

We are encouraging our customers to donate unwanted clothes to be refurbished and given to various charity organizations from around the world to help people in need.

Look for your local charity organization and collaborate with them.
